Someone please help...... LG washer leaking......

So my LG washer top loader developed a leak after moving houses. I have disassembled most of it trying to find the culprit. Checked the water level pressure switch, it's not over filling and the water shuts off as soon as I remove electrical power. Took the hose off and made sure it wasn't clogged and good seals. Took the complete tub assemble apart, washer spin basket, washer basket balance ring, washer tube ring. Thought maybe a draining issue, so I took apart the pump and made sure the hoses and mother were working properly. But it seems to drain well. I noticed the bleach dispenser was constantly getting water and focus on that part. Took the hose off from the bleach dispenser and made sure it was patent. removed inspected and cleaned the soup & leash dispenser. Took apart the water inlet valves and cleaned them out, made sure every orifice was patent. That didn't solve it so I opted to replace the water inlet valve for a new set. But the problem persist. At first I thought it was coming from the bleach dispenser getting filled, wish still could be. I disconnected the bleach water valve but it continued to leak, but didn't seem to fill the bleach dispenser. I don know that the water is coming out of what appears to be an overfill drain in the left back of the washer (refer to picture). I have stuffed napkins up there in an attempt to stop the leak but that isn't resolving the problem. I am at a lost, well at least for the moment. If anyone has any suggestion that I haven't tried or try again or hopefully the same problem with a resolved experience, I would greatly appreciate it. Oh yeah I contacted LG and the have no idea and can only refer me to a technician to come do the exact things that I have already done but charge me.
