WFMC3200UC/01 BOSCH Washer Loud Knocking Noise

Our washing machine has developed a knocking noise whenever the drum is in motion.
It appears to sound like a knocking noise. I have attached a link to a audio file on DropBox since

Speed Queen washer AWNE82P113TW01 not spinning popping breaker

I bought this washer from an appliance center here in Las Vegas that went out of business last year and they had an auction and sold off all the leftover inventory. I installed it about a month ago and we have been super happy with it. Maytag washerdryer combo washer drum won’t spin

I have a Maytag washer that is very hard to spin by hand. Sorry I can’t find the model number anywhere. The belts are fine and are tightened accordingly. The agitator works fine but the drum won’t spin. The motor is running and working the pump just fine. It feels like the brake is preventing the drum from turning. Any ideas on hot to release the brake or get the drum to turn? Everything else seems to be fine except the drum is hard to turn.
