Hi, got my new TC5 delivered and it is making a scraping/grinding sound during agitation only. I have had it since 1/21/21 and have done 5-6 loads of laundry using various cycles and water levels. Accidentally Poured Drano In Washing Machine

I thought I was grabbing the detergent, but I grabbed a bottle of Drano and poured about a half cup in the washing machine before I realized the mistake. I ran the machine twice since then, with no load, to hopefully rinse it all away. What are the chances I did damage to the machine? What should I be looking out for? Thank you.

Washer Thumps During Agitation Cycle

After filling, washer thumps when agitating. (see attached short video clip). Washer purchased new in June 2010 and has not been moved since initial install. Confirmed still level. Overall performance and all other aspects of washer are ok. Ideas? Thanks!

I recently moved into a new apartment which has a front loading Deco Super Combo 4400 Washer/Dryer serial # 170425005501. When I first attempted to use the unit's heavy cycle, water was leaking profusely from the detergent tray and the bottom of the door.

I checked the water pressure of the hot/cold pipes leading into the unit and both read at ~71 psi, well within range of the unit's operating pressure according to the manual.

LG washing machine Thermistor couple

Hi there. I was getting a TE error on my LG washing machine. Took it apart and the white couple that goes into the thermistor couple both the wires just fell out.
I could probably get the the 2 wires back in the couple and crimp them in but I don't know which one goes in which connector because they both came out at the same time? Blue and white wire?

Frigidaire washer / dryer combo unit FEX831CSO

Washer not draining - repaired but still getting small items sucked into pump.

I have replaced the drain pump (pulled a small dish cloth from hose) on the washer but the unit still keeps getting clogged. Is there a filter of some sort that keeps items from getting into the drain line?

Any advice would be greatly helpful.

I just bought a used Whirlpool Duet. I didn't realize this is HE--actually I never heard of that before.

-- How much water should there be? It fills up with enough water to make sloshing sounds.
-- How hard should it agitate? It does agitate, but there are big pauses when the drum is just sitting. There's definitely no problem spinning. I've never seen a washer spin so fast.
-- It has error codes: C00, C01, F20, F22, F34, and U01.

Kenmore W10338636 washer overfills.

So this is an older washer, but it's been in use for less than a year, for a variety of uninteresting reasons.

MVWXC400XW1 NEW CONTROL?

All of the diagnostics tests are completed, error code is F7E5 ( won't spin) .
Trusts indicate new control. I'm questioning that. Are there any othee tests to run or things to look for before I order a $300 part?

Asko 240v washer with a 120v drain pump

I recently picked up an Asko washer with a burnt control board. Someone had mistakenly installed a 120v pump when it should have a 220v pump.
Could the wrong pump have caused the control board failure?
