AWN542SP111TW01 Speed Queen Washer Brake Pads

I need some expert advice regarding a Speed Queen Washer.
What this is called is a question to prevent me from getting in over my head and finding out after it is too late.

Speed Queens have what looks like a disk brake assembly below the tub that stops the tub when you open it.

There is a white nylon part in the center that disengages the disks from the rotor when the washer is spinning so the spin cycle will spin free. When you open the lid the motor stops and the nylon part snaps back...

GE washing GTW460ASJ0WW making squeaking/rubbing sound.

My GE washing started making a sound this am. Sounds like something is rubbing. It does it during agitation and spinning. Any ideas what it could be? I have posted a video on The sound.

GE washer model WPRE8150K2WT leaking water into tub

I noticed that a few days after I did a load of washer there was water standing in my tub. I saw a slow drip drip from the back of my washer into the tub. Can you advise what that might be? And what part I would need to replace?

Maytag MVWB725BM has no power at all, not even the light inside the dryer - Would the Thermal Fuse shot power to the entire dryer

There is no power at all - even the light inside the dryer does not come on. Would a broken Thermal Fuse shut down/off everything to the dryer

CAW9244DW1 Crosley Washer Drain Pump Always Runs

Hello All,

New to the forum and trying to help a friend out that has hit hard times and is not able to purchase a new washer. The Crosley washer is approximately two years old, no matter what cycle is selected the drain pump constantly runs (for as long as you'd allow it to) when the start button is pressed until the cycle is cancelled. Went into diagnostic mode and the unit will fill, spin, agitate and of course drain manually. Unplugged the unit for one hour, set the dial to "Regular"...

Cancelled Error

I am currently having an issue. I just loaded my washer with sheets. It ran for a couple minutes and then it chimed. I looked at the display and 'Cancelled' is scrolling across. The washer is stuck in what seems to be drain mode. The basket rocks gently while the machine continues to run and attempt to drain water. I cannot turn the machine off, it does not respond. Unplugging it for several minutes does no good either. Upon plugging it back in, it continues to do the same.

GE GUD27ESSMWW starts then stops

Select washing cycle, then temp and push start button. Starts to fill and after a few seconds stops.
Will start again if I push start button, but then stops again.
Any suggestions as to what is could be?
