Washer spin cycle doesn’t work well

Hi my whirlpool washer ultimat care 2 doesn’t seem to spin the clothe especially towels well. Any ideas I think drain hose or the drain tube.

Whirlpool Thin Twin bottom leak

I have water coming from the bottom of the unit as soon as the washing cycle is initiated.. I'm guessing this is a pump issue?

AWN542 Speed Queen Washer Noise

Any thoughts about what this noise might be? Just started on my Speed Queen AWN542. I'm thinking it's the bottom pulley area. Any thoughts on best approach are appreciated!

AWN542SP111TW Can you guys give some basic advice on a Speed Queen

I know you guys don't list this but Speed Queens are exactly like the old mechanical belt driven washers in the 60's and 70's.
My question is basic, it is simply a belt slipping during the spin cycle even though I just replaced the belt and the idler arm this afternoon.
If you guys would be willing to listen to my problem I would appreciate it.
Like I said, it is not malfunction I just can't figure out what to do about this.
And I am sure you guys have worked on hundreds of old belt driven...

Whirlpool washer

I have a whirlpool washing machine that just went on the blink. It fills, agitates, drains and starts to spin but doesn't go in to the spin cycle like it should. I ran a dyno check on it and it spun like it should, other than violently. I did notice the number pads are severely worn and some gone. I need help to get this thing going right. Household of 7 can't be without a washer

FWS446GHS0 Frigidaire with oil in the tub

So I looked in my Frigidaire top load washer and I found some oil in the bottom of the tub. It looked to be coming from under the agitator. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
