Whirlpool Gold GSW9559L Ultimate Care™ II, 18 Cycle, Super Capacity Plus Washer

Started a load with it last night and it filled all the way bud will not drain or spin. Now it won’t fill at all either. When I try to turn it on it makes some clicking noises and then stops.

HLPW028BXW Haier Top Loader Impeller Screw Broken

I have a Haier washing machine (https://www.haierappliances.com/appliance/2-1-Cu-Ft-Portable-Washer-HLPW028BXW) since about 2017 and for the most part it has been great, we had some coins block the valve that I have had to deal with but nothing major until now. This model doesn't have an upright agitator, just an impeller at the bottom however the screw that holds it in place broke in half so as you can imagine the quality of the wash cycle has diminished greatly. I am having a really...

Haier (GE?) HLC1700AXW Washer/Dryer Combo - F9 error

I have an issue with a Haier model HLC1700AXW 24" washer / dryer combo unit, purchased in mid 2020, factory warranty has expired.

My tenants are reporting an F9 Error - Dryer sensor circuit problem. I am told that this error has happened a few times in recent months, and unplugging the machine and plugging in again would clear it. However, now the error is persisting and the machine will not operate.

The owners manual and info online does not offer up anything more than to place a...

Agitator bolt

Hello, I have a whirlpool model WTW5000DW0 lately the bolt that holds the agitator in place comes loose. Every time I wash a load. I have to tighten it up each time. I tried using blue Loctite. But it still comes loose. Any ideas? Thank you.

1 year old hotpoint washer

Hello,

Bought this washer new about a year and 4 months ago.
It started to make this very high pitched noise, but I made sure it’s not overloaded and enough water.

Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Washer motor won't start on my Kenmore Series 70

Faithful Kenmore Series 70 direct drive washing machine, 22 years old.

Oh I need some encouragement. My washer died mid cycle last week when full of water when it should have started a spin and drain cycle. It was running fine prior, no odd sounds or issues. The motor (I assumed, not up top) was humming pretty loudly and when I got to the washer to inspect I smelled an electrical hot/burning smell. Immediately shut the washer down and unplugged it. Only maybe a minute passed between the...

Maytag Centennial leaking

My maytag centennial is leaking into the drum. If it sits, after a few days I have 3" of water and have to run the spin cycle to pump it out. I have to shut off the water supply valve to keep it from leaking. The washer functions well otherwise. I presume it's an internal valve that's worn, what part do I need?

Tool/technique needed to balance washer

Hi all,

Thursday we had a new washer delivered and installed (I didn’t do the install and wasn’t able to observe it).

GFW650S*N***

I tried a medium sized load that afternoon, using all the normal/middle-of-the-road settings. During the spin cycle the washer went crazy. Nearly danced itself out of the nook it is in. I paused the machine, redistributed the clothes, started it up, same issue.

Looked at the manual and installation directions. Got out the level and it seems like that’s the...

Washing Machine Fill Hose

My stainless Fluidmaster fill hoses on my washer are 6yrs old and should be changed. What is a good brand now days to get? I used the 9WM48 length. I didn't use the high efficiency ones and not sure if they are really needed for my top loader? 48" length is fine with straight ends as I don't need the 90deg's. thanks for the advice as there are numerous out there.
