Kenmore front loader does not final spin correctly.

When the washer gets to the final spin cycle, it does not spin normal. It rotates left and right the same way it does when it agitates the clothes while it is washing. Very slowly back and forth, but will not spin at high speed.

It usually drains ok, but there was one time where the clothes were sitting in a small amount of water left in the bottom of the drum. You can see it running the final spin cycle here.

Ge spin cycle not fully competing

Age of alliance is 5 to 6 years. My washing machine will not “fully” spin. At the end of any cycle the clothes are still wet. I have tried checking the drain tube, it is not plugged or kinked. I took the machine apart to see if there was an obvious problem. I have removed the door latch from the lid and placed it in the machine so that I could visually confirm the spin cycle. I suspect that I need to replace the Water level pressure switch of my Kenmore Series 600S top-loading washer (110.27132410). The problem is that I can’t get the cover off of the control panel. I have a Whirlpool WTW7000DW0 washing machine. The lid was in the open position, and while we were away, a 54 inch laundry cabinet installed above the machine fell across the washer before falling to the floor.
