I am testing an LG top loader washer. It fills, agitates (with water in it), drains, and spins (when empty) OK.
Twice during the wash cycle (and during rinse) I notice it attempts to spin while it has water in it. When it does, the water sloshes around and the tub goes out of balance, banging the cabinet. Then it goes back to normal agitation.
