Sansung wf361bvbewr/a2 not filling on Normal/Heavy Duty cycles - all others work

Title pretty much says it all. It works fine - hot, cold or other in every cycle but normal and heavy duty. I double checked the hoses/drain/etc based on all I could find here and through google.
I'm guessing I need to replace the main pcb board. Any other ideas first?
