First off let me say that the model number is wrong. what i wrote in the model number area is a part number for the washer i have. every spot i checked for a model number that was stated in the "help me find my model number" had a part number not a model number. i was unable to find the model number.
I have a whirlpool autoload sensing top load washer.
this washer worked fine the only problem it was having was that it would not completely drain. i was able to resolve this problem. It ended up being dirt blocking the drain that i cleaned out.
On to the problem now. after i took the washer apart and put it back together is when a whole new problem began. The washer stops after every stage.
for example i start washer and it will sense the load then it stops. I then have to press the start/cancel button twice and the washer will fill (fills all the way to top regardless the load size). once it fills it stops again. i then have to press the start/cancel button twice again and it will agitate (short period of time), drain, rinse, and drain again. once it is done agitating, rinsing and draining, it stops again. i then have to press start/cancel twice again and it will spin.
I am still able to get threw every cycle of the washer but the washer will not go threw every stage in sequence on its own.
Before i fixed the draining problem this was not an issue. This only occurred after putting washer back together
Also when fixing the draining problem there were a few wire connections i unplugged when i was trying to find the draining issue. i thought this may have been the problem so i calibrated the washer but the problem is still occurring.
I also put the washer threw automatic test mode and everything worked fine, but i still can get my close to go threw an entire wash with out me having to manually start every stage of the wash myself.
