I bought a Samsung wa48j7770aw/a2 top load washer on Craigslist. The washer gives an error code (I think 3c3) for restrained revolutions. When tilted back, raising the front legs a couple of inches, it spins fine. The smallest movement of the tub creates a faint grinding noise and keeps the tub from spinning smoothly. When tilted back, the extra tension and the resting of the tub on the frame holds the tub still, keeping any error from occurring. I ordered two suspension rods, trying them in both the front and then the rear, with little to no difference made. I am tempted to order two more so that all four are new, but I do not think this is the issue. I am wondering if perhaps the balance ring is bad. With the clutch disengaged (basket not spinning, just the agitator) it spins fine, making me believe the motor is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
