Samsung Washer WA5451ANW/XAA Lights ON, but does nothing - No error code

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a little assistance. All of my searches have brought me here :)


I have a Samsung WA5451ANW/XAA top load. I'm not getting any error code. it turns on, when i start a cycle, it just sits. After about 5-10 minutes you can smell that dreaded smell of something not quite right. I've killed the power to it.

In troubleshooting over the weekend, I decided I'd replace the most common problem and that was the door sensor switch. So, that didn't fix my problem.

I can power it up in test mode and everything works.
Spin test = pass (it spins up to 1034RPM)
Tst = Pass (tub spins and the bottom internal spinner does it's thing)
i can cycle through the water selections too.

I power it down and start back in normal mode, i select start, and nothing happens. the lights are on, the door locks, but nothing happens.

Is there a way to make the machine give me an error code?

Any assistance is appreciated. I haven't washed clothes since Friday. :( We're getting desperate.
