What I have tried;
1. I have removed Change from under the agitator.
2. I have replace the drive belt.
3. I have check the pump and all hoses for obstructions.
The water seems to flow quite freely from the machine. However, I now notice that the machine does not spin nearly as fast a it used to. Also, there is a Fluttering sound when it starts to spin. I have a video attached.. Any help would be appreciated.
