I found the forum from this thread with the same exact issue I'm having (https://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/threads/maytag-washer-mvwb865gc0-wont-start-has-power.84275) and was hoping someone has found the cause of this issue.
The washing machine powers on, but the cycle selector knob will not change to a different cycle, and none of the other buttons are responsive at all.
