My tc5000 classic speed queen puchased in 2020 has an issue, the outer drum is not spinning counterclockwise during agitate it's trying to but is dragging for some reason. Any ideas on how to fix it, I know it's under warranty but I dont have any vacation left to meet the repair guy .Anyone know what the problem is, iI suspect the brake pads are dragging but don't know forsure and if so how to repair.
