Ge spin cycle not fully competing

Age of alliance is 5 to 6 years. My washing machine will not “fully” spin. At the end of any cycle the clothes are still wet. I have tried checking the drain tube, it is not plugged or kinked. I took the machine apart to see if there was an obvious problem. I have removed the door latch from the lid and placed it in the machine so that I could visually confirm the spin cycle.
