New to the forum and trying to help a friend out that has hit hard times and is not able to purchase a new washer. The Crosley washer is approximately two years old, no matter what cycle is selected the drain pump constantly runs (for as long as you'd allow it to) when the start button is pressed until the cycle is cancelled. Went into diagnostic mode and the unit will fill, spin, agitate and of course drain manually. Unplugged the unit for one hour, set the dial to "Regular"...
