Question on how these heaters actually work.
Customer said the water was not getting hot. The unit is getting hot water. the heat booster is getting 120v but the water is not getting hot. Checked this in diagnostic mode in which the unit fills, tumbles, and turns the heater on. The heater has continuity and ohms out correctly.
