Door Not Closed Error

Greetings. I'm a petroleum tech - I work on gasoline dispensers. Similar to washers with main boards, valves, motors etc (except petro equipment can blow up real nice). Here's my story;
I bought a Samsung washer, plugged it in and got a dC error. Door not closed per the user manual. Called for warranty service. They couldn't fix it. There's a door switch and a door lock that both ohmed out ok. The tech replaced the main board, same problem. The issue has to be with the wire harness, right? Does anyone have a wiring diagram they can share? I ohmed out the wires from the lock and switch through the harness and have continuity but I'm not sure if they're landed on the right pins on the main board. The Samsung ASC that showed up didn't have service manual. Can you believe that? Yes, I'll name names. It was Service Quick out of Hayward, California.
Nothing but respect for the master technicians here.

GE washer "LID" code displayed

I have the GE Profile top loading washer. It started a cycle then never finished. When I try to start it, it just says "lid". I replaced the lid switch and still nothing. After replacing the lid switch, I jarred the washer (mostly out of frustration) and it worked momentarily and stopped again. Won't fill, won't drain the water that got in from its short window of working time. What else can it be? the other side of the sensor is a magnet. I don't think it is the issue.

LG Washer WM3677HW - water not draining fast enough - new pump

My washer/drye all-in-one started giving me the 0E error which in the past has usually been the lint trap getting clogged. This wasn't the case this time around so I replaced the drain pump. It's pumping out water, but it's not doing it within the allotted 10 minutes which gives me the 0E error. My question is, what is the next part to replace?
