Samsung PC error

Washer stoped mid cycle lost power. Replaced the control panel now turns on but won't start. Gets the PC error code. Any suggestions?

WTW5000DW0 Whirlpool top load F7E1 error code. Please help!

My washer is about 2-3 years old. We recently put shoes in it and the load never finished.
now when I try to turn it on, it sounds like it tries to spin for 2 seconds and then stops and the error code shows F7-E1.
Please help. I can’t afford a new washer and technicians are a month booked. I just need help troubleshooting. I can replace whatever is wrong with it, just need to figure out what that is.

GE washer issue.

When I turn the washer on the "fill" light blinks and beeps twice. The washer will fill if it is on any setting other than "precise fill". Once it fills it does nothing. My first thought was lid switch, but I tested it and it's fine. I also looked at the motor and the light is blinking like normal, 1sec on 1 sec off. I'm not sure what else to do from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LAS02NW Speed Queen Washer - All faucets pulse when Washer in fill cycle

This may not be a washing machine issue but I have exhausted all options.

Speed Queen Model LAS02NW SN 0303020737

Problem statement;
On fill cycle every faucet in house and hose bibs pulse water at a rate of about once a second.

So far I have done the following and still have the issue.
1. Verified Constant voltage at valve
2. Water pressure is 80psi
3. Screens were clear
4. Replaced valve 201491p
5. Temporarily hooked up other washer
6. Installed water hammer arrestors
